Haddock Fillets
(Item #65) 13-20 (6-8oz) wild caught Canadian Haddock Fillets (26 x 3oz servings) that are firm yet tender.
Individually Quick Frozen (iQF) skinless and flaky haddock fillets. Sealand's premium haddock is wild caught and a delicious source of lean protein. Haddock has white flesh and a mildly sweet taste. As a thinner fish, these fillets are ideal for frying. Haddock is in the cod family, but tends to be more flavourful and delicate than cod overall.
