Beef Brisket Mac and Cheese with Fresh Broccoli Slaw
Creamy beef brisket mac and cheese served with fresh broccoli slaw, apples, cranberries, and toasted almonds. A quick and easy comfort food meal ready in 20 minutes.
Remove the packaging from the Sealand Brisket Mac And Cheese.
Use a scissor to cut the packaging and add the contents into a 8-9 inch saucepan over medium heat.
Add 1/2 cup of water, and stir into the sauce pan with the Mac and cheese sauce and brisket.
Keep lightly tossing the mixture over the medium heat until the sauce dissolves into the water and then add in the cooked macaroni from the Sealand package.
Toss everything lightly over medium heat until it has warmed through and starts to simmer lightly.
Turn off the heat and cover the skillet to keep warm.
To make the broccoli slaw: chop and toss all ingredients together in a large bowl, keeping some of the toasted almond aside for garnish.
For the dressing, combine all ingredients using a whisk and pour over the broccoli slaw.
Toss until evenly coated. Finish with some toasted almond on top.
