Simple to prepare and the quality is as good as you will find at any grocery store. The individually sealed packs makes it super easy to organize a meal and the product is very fresh!

Really yummy fish. Big pieces and all vacuum sealed. My family enjoyed

Orange Miso Salmon

We absolutely loved our Skinless Salmon meal. 2 tbsp of frozen orange juice concentrate and 2 tbsp of red miso paste mixed together and painted on the individual pieces makes for a great umami taste for salmon. Let stand in the fridge for 1 hour then bake in oven at 375 F for about 15 minutes until cooked but still a bit translucent. Sprinkle with black sesame then serve with sticky rice and green Asian baby boc choy with pineapple. It was the hit of the week. The salmon was firm and fresh and our guests wanted more. So delicious

Whether choosing to thaw inside or outside of the packaging, please place in a dish to thaw. Give one of these simple cooking methods a try today. INDIVIDUAL APPLIANCE TEMPERATURE MAY VARY THE COOKING TIME. USE CAUTION AS PRODUCT WILL BE HOT!

How to Bake Salmon

Preheat oven to 400°F and place thawed salmon in baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Top with minced garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 12-14 minutes until salmon appears opaque and flakes easily, or until the internal temperature at the thickest part of the fish reaches 145°F.
Air Fry

How to Air Fry Salmon

Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Add seasoning and cook for 10-12 minutes (flipping halfway through) or until the internal temperature of the salmon reaches 145°F. The salmon should flake easily with a fork.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary based on the method of preparation and the thickness of the fish. Test for doneness with a meat thermometer.
