How to Grill Bison Burgers

Preheat the grill to high heat. Once the grill is hot, place the frozen burgers on the grill and brush with your favourite BBQ sauce. Cook for about 5-6 minutes (flipping halfway through) or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F for Medium Rare (for best results).

Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Place frozen burgers in the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes (flipping halfway through) or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F for Medium Rare (for best results).
