How to Grill Cod

Preheat BBQ to medium heat and brush grill grates with olive oil. Pat dry thawed cod loins. Rub with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Place on grill and close lid. Cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature at the thickest part of the fish reaches 145°F. Serve with lemon and fresh herbs.

How to Air Fry Cod

Preheat air fryer to 360°F. Pat dry thawed cod loins. Add seasoning and cook for 6-8 minutes (flipping halfway through) or until the internal temperature of the cod reaches 145°F. The fish should be golden and flake easily with a fork.

Cooking times and temperatures may vary based on the method of preparation and the thickness of the fish. Test for doneness with a meat thermometer.
