Before stepping into the world of premium meats and seafood, I spent years working in demanding, high-stakes industries—from navigating the rails as a conductor to managing complex logistics and technical infrastructure. While I valued the grit and dedication those roles required, I found myself looking for a career that allowed me to be more present in my community and connect with people on a more personal level.
I chose this profession because I saw a gap between the convenience people need and the quality they deserve. Transitioning into the direct-to-consumer food industry allowed me to merge my background in management and logistics with my love for the culinary world. As a consultant, I’m not just delivering a product; I’m providing a solution for busy families and food enthusiasts who want gourmet, flash-frozen excellence delivered right to their door.
Today, when I’m not helping clients stock their freezers with the best the land and sea have to offer, you can usually find me at home in Leduc. I’m often found tinkering with my vehicles, cheering on the Oilers, or spending time with my partner and my loyal Bernese Mountain Dog. I take pride in bringing the same level of precision and reliability I learned in the industrial sector to every kitchen I serve.
