Lamb

We recommend that all our meat products be thawed in the refrigerator, then brought up to room temperature prior to cooking. Our meat is extremely lean which means quicker cooking time.  Air Fryer - Preheat to 360°F   Place lamb rack in basket and cook for 15-20 minutes for medium doneness.  Let lamb rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
