Hello, I’m Gustavo Diacopulos. I’m a professionally trained chef from the Institute of Culinary Le Cordon Bleu, and I’m proud to be part of the Sealand Quality Foods team.
I’ve dedicated my life to food, and I love sharing that passion with others through quality ingredients and thoughtful meals. When I’m not in the kitchen, I’m probably snowboarding or getting outside to enjoy nature whenever I can.
