Wagyu Ribeye Steak

We recommend that all our meat products be thawed 24 hours in the refrigerator prior to cooking. Our meat is extremely lean which means 20% quicker cooking time.  Air Fryer - Brush steaks with melted butter on both sides, and place on the rack.  Cook at 410°F for 15 minutes, without pre-heating, for medium doneness.  Cook 1-2 minutes less for medium rare and rare respectively.  Let steak rest for 10 minutes before serving.
