 Orange roughy, Surimi ([golden threadfin bream, sugar, sorbitol, sodium phosphate], water, wheat starch, corn starch, modified tapioca starch, egg white, soybean protein, salt, sugar, rice wine, soybean oil, crab extract, crab flavour, sorbitol, calcium carbonate, paprika), Mayonnaise (canola oil, water, eggs, sugar, vinegar, salt, mustard flour, spice, disodium calcium edta), Breadcrumbs (unbleached wheat flour, organic cane sugar, yeast, sea salt), Relish (cucumbers, sugar/glucose-fructose, water, vinegar, salt, modified corn starch, dehydrated red peppers, xanthan gum, calcium chloride, sodium benzoate, natural and artificial flavours, colours [contains tartrazine], polysorbate 80, spices [mustard seed], potassium sorbate, garlic), Canola oil (canola oil, dimethylpolysiloxane), Onion, Bell pepper, Old bay (salt, spices [contains mustard, red pepper] silicon dioxide). Contains: Fish, Crustaceans, Wheat, Soybeans, Egg, Mustard, Sulphites. 

Preheat oven to 375°F (180°C). Place the Frozen stuffed Orange Roughy on a parchment paper-covered pan. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon zest. Bake for 40-43 minutes or until juices starts to brown on the paper. For an added touch, drizzle garlic butter and chives!  Air Fryer - 347ºF (175ºC) for 33 minutes.
