Cooking Instructions

A trick to cooking a bacon-wrapped tenderloin is to sear it first, then stand on its side and slowly cook the bacon until crispy while rolling it on the grill. We recommend that all our meat products be thawed 24 hours in the refrigerator prior to cooking.
Our meat is extremely lean which means 20% quicker cooking time.
Never cook past medium well.
